About Me
Rowan Beraza, M.Ed.
eLearning Consultant and Developer | Instructional Designer | Ed Tech Innovator
I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that are engaging and lead to content mastery. I work hard to tailor courses that match specific client needs based on extensive analysis to ensure course content meets clear learning objectives.
As a lifelong learner with a passion for learning and development, I dedicate my skills in curriculum design, course development, and educational technology to create engaging eLearning experiences and training materials that captivate interest and guide learners to content mastery in creative ways to solve gaps in learning.
By effectively utilizing a backwards design model, I work diligently to conduct a training needs analysis to uncover performance gaps that can be solved with the design of training materials or courses. I rely on a variety of design models such as ADDIE, SAM, Gagne’s 9 Events, and the Kirkpatrick Model for Evaluation to guide my work. With the problem as a central focus, I generate concrete learning objectives that lead to measurable results.
I’m a natural problem-solver who enjoys the challenge of identifying the root cause of an issue inorder to then effectively design tailored solutions that work. Learning and development effectively combines my creativity, educational technology skills, and my passion for learning.
